Call queues Incoming callers can be held in a queue while they listen to a customizable recorded message. The caller can be sent to voicemail or redirected to another extension if no one picks up.
Do not disturb Prevents calls from ringing on an extension for which DND is activated,User instructs PBX to route all his incoming calls directly to voice mail. The phone on his desk does not ring.
Limited answer It can enable the user to answer the phone,transfer to voicemail,hold,refuse according to requirements.
Time of Day Scheduling Allows people to schedule Auto Attendants and their individual dialing rules, for instance, the company may have a live receptionist during the day and Auto Attendant at night or an individual may want to ring their desk phone and cell phone simultaneously during the day, Monday to Friday, but go directly to voicemail at nights and weekends.
Call recording The system can record all the incoming conversations,it can be stored at least three monthes.
